Shipping Information

Each shipment of these items will require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure that it arrives to your hands. If there is no one present to collect your order, it will be transferred to your nearest post office to await your collection. The courier will leave a message in your home to inform you the branch and address.

When Will My Order Arrive?

All items in stock will be shipped within one working day of order confirmation. Depending where you are, the shipment should reach you between 8 to 21 working days from the date of shipment. Should there be any reason for the delay in shipment, we will notify you by e-mail.

Return Policy

Refund or replacement of any faulty items within a purchase is acceptable provided the items are returned to us within ten (10) days of receipt and Jadeshopper.com must be notified via an e-mail to info@jadeshopper.com

Depending on the situation, we will either credit the price of the item to your account or send you a replacement item, upon receipt of your returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that all ordered items shipped other than those that are wrongly shipped or faulty are non-refundable.
